Cancellation Policy
At Shark Fanatics, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every diver. Please note, we have a no refund policy for all bookings, and we ask that you carefully review your plans before finalizing your reservation. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to reschedule your dive, we’re happy to assist! Simply reach out to us at least 48 hours before your scheduled dive, and we’ll work with you to find a new time, based on availability. For any cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your dive, please understand that we are unable to offer a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
